The Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) celebrated a decade of excellence in the U.S. security industry with the announcement of the 2025 winners at a prestigious ceremony held during Global Security Exchange (GSX) in New Orleans.
Sponsored by Event Risk Security Services, the 2025 US OSPAs recognised individuals, teams, and organisations that have demonstrated exceptional performance and innovation across the security sector. This year’s winners were selected by a panel of 16 independent experts representing leading industry associations and groups.
Lifetime Achievement Award – sponsored by Ledlow Security Group
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Jeffrey Slotnick, CPP, PSP. A pioneer of Enterprise Security Risk Management, shaping global standards through ISO/ANSI contributions, authored over 50 influential articles, and presented at numerous events. Judges praised his immeasurable impact, intoxicating passion for excellence, and star quality, particularly noting his heroic response during the Whitefish, Montana terror campaign.
